I returned from Australia a week ago, and I am still continually thinking about what a wonderful time I had there. Our group of 6 had a 15 day private tour of ustralia and we all had an incredible time. The tour organized by our travel agent Renee, was even better than we expected. The tours that she organized were uniformly excellent, with wonderful guides and interesting experiences. I worked with Renee to clarify our needs in terms of our itinerary and desires to stay at certain hotels. She immediately understood what I was looking for and was able to accommodate us. The itineraries that she planned on some of our day trips were excellent, with some adventures that we would not have been easily able to discover on our own. We especially loved our Sydney Princess Cruise around the Sydney Harbour with the long lunch and our Off Piste 4WD Tour in McClare Vale. In fact, each stop on our tour brought a new adventure which was fascinating and fun. The meals on these tours were also generally excellent. We visited 6 different places in 15 days, and Renee took care of all the the logistics of the travel arrangements and this made our trips so much more enjoyable. The highlights of our trip were our stays at Longitude 131 at Uluru and Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island. These were very unique and memorable experiences. Our travel agent, Renee, not only put together a wonderful tour, but she provided us with great recommendations for restaurants, sites to see and other information, and we felt that we were being cared for. She even took care of the little things. For example, knowing that my husband is lactose intolerant, she made sure that all meals provided noted his dietary needs, and even when we stayed at apartments in Port Douglas, inside the refrigerator was a welcome snack platter with lactose-free cheese. I am a person that usually makes my own travel arrangements and itineraries, but I am am so happy that I worked with Renee from Experience Australia Travel. I highly recommend her and the company to all who are planning a trip to Australia.... READ MORE
