We share a passion for travel, quality, and our amazing country, and we're all real people (so you can even talk to us if you wish!). Lynne Jackson - Product Manager, Travel Consultant
Lynne has enjoyed more than 20 years in the tourism industry and she is still passionate about travelling, exploring and experiencing. As well as travelling to many countries around the world, Lynne has been lucky enough to have had many opportunities to explore much of this vast land that is Australia. Whether it be at a 5-star hotel with a glass of crisp white Australian wine, or sleeping in a swag* out under the desert stars, beside a camp fire, it's all about the experience. (*Don't know what a swag is? It's a secret 'Aussie' term, but if you contact Lynne she'll let you know what it means.)
Masa Inoue - Travel Consultant
Masa has lived in Australia and worked in the Australian tourism industry for the past 20 years. Educated in Japan and Columbus, Ohio (where he lived for three years), today Masa lives in Sydney, a city he loves and which makes him feel like he is permanently on vacation! Masa loves city life and nature — a great combination. One of Masa's favorite travel experiences is Queensland's Fraser Island, where he has enjoyed champagne on a sunset cruise, driving the 75-mile east coast beach, and visiting the stunningly beautiful Lake Mckenzie. He loves sharing his knowledge of Australia's natural wonders with his clients.
Denise Campbell - Consultant to Experience Australia, New Zealand Sales Manager
Denise was one of the founders of Experience Travel and remains the Sales Manager at the flagship New Zealand office. Her role with Experience Australia is to ensure that the Experience Travel service that the New Zealand customers appreciate is achieved in our new Australian office. Like Lynne, Denise has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry, and Experience New Zealand is the result of a dream Denise had to sell travel products and services that she could personally recommend.
Simon Hertnon - Experience Travel Champion
Simon is Denise Campbell's brother and one of the three founders of Experience Travel. A writer and philosopher as well as an experienced businessman, Simon believes that travel is one of the great human endeavours. Done with wisdom, passion, and good planning, travel leads to shared joys and understanding. Travellers end up better appreciating their destinations, their home environments, or both, and society becomes a little wiser, safer, and more colourful. Simon's job is to organically grow Experience Travel. Experience Australia is a significant step in what he hopes will be a lifelong project. Simon is also passionate about sustainability and, if there is a way to make travel truly sustainable (not merely less unsustainable), he says he'll find it.
Nobu Takagi - Webmaster
For ten years prior to becoming Webmaster for Southern Travel Holdings (the parent company of Experience Travel), Nobu worked in Auckland and Queenstown as both tour guide and inbound travel agent for Southern TravelNet.
